Directions Group Inc Pte Ltd is seeking an Associate Specialist, Curated Experiences to assist in planning and delivering brand experiences, community engagement, and integrated campaigns in a dynamic, luxury-focused environment. You will work closely with senior team members to coordinate events, activations and partnerships while gaining exposure to experience design and project management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Communications or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in events, luxury brands, consumer marketing and experience design.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Event & Experience Coordination: Contribute ideas for campaigns and assist with proposals, mood boards and creative references.
• Event Planning & Execution Support: Help plan and run events, activations, launches and guest communications.
• Marketing & Administrative Support: Maintain trackers, timelines and event records; support partnership outreach.
• Team & Agency Support: Provide administrative support and assist with sourcing products, props and venues.
