Job summary

SG03 Richemont Luxury (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced event operations professional to coordinate local High-End activations across SEAO and support international events. You will manage the full lifecycle of operational coordination, plus deliver business planning, analysis and post-event reporting to drive commercial outcomes.

You will liaise with MCC Events, Merchandising, Retail, Client, Security and Finance teams, traveling up to 25% as needed to ensure flawless execution and

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in commercial operations, project coordination, or event management.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects under pressure and tight timelines.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen, curiosity and financial understanding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high level of professionalism.
• Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting.
• Ability to travel across SEAO and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the operational coordination for local High-End activations in SEAO.
• Maintain consolidated action plan connecting all stakeholders and align with MCC production calendar.
• Coordinate logistics (security, insurance) for High End pieces with respective teams.
• Act as primary contact between SEAO markets and international teams for events.
• Provide on-site operational support and manage contingency plans during events.
• Produce post-event analyses tracking costs, budgets and outcomes.
