Job summary

Directions Group Inc Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Associate to support marketing communications for our luxury lifestyle clients across fashion, jewellery, beauty and hospitality.

You will assist with planning and execution of PR, content creation, advertising, samples management, events, and media monitoring, while cultivating strong relationships with clients and media.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Relevant internships or experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Passion for the media and luxury/fashion/beauty industry.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proactive self-starter with positive attitude.
• Resilient, independent, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Team player with interpersonal skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support media and client relations management across campaigns.
• Assist with seasonal press presentations, gifting, and media databases.
• Monitor and report media coverage across print, online, and social.
• Help organise press showroom, track fashion sample movements and showrooms.
• Develop brand communication materials (press releases, images, videos, mailers).
• Assist with media events, fittings, and agency shows.
• Build relationships with press and influencers.
• Stay updated on media landscape and share trends and ideas with team.
