Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is seeking a guest services associate to support Sales & Marketing and Reservations with high-level guest service. You will assist in up-selling, process reservations, and maintain brand standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2-years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Assist management in resolving guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
