Conrad Singapore Marina Bay is seeking a Guest Experience Executive to deliver luxury service and memorable stays. You will respond to guest enquiries, brief VIP guests, and maintain brand standards while coordinating with Food & Beverage and front desk teams to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

The role requires a calm, resourceful professional with strong communication, multi-lingual abilities, and a passion for exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in luxury hotel, leisure or retail.
• Calm, efficient, resourceful and organised.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist in creating WOW experiences for guests.
• Serve as main contact for VIP guests and brief hotel departments.
• Deliver high quality service to meet executive and VIP expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services and promotions.
• Coordinate with front desk for arrivals/departures and guest queries.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverage preparation and service when required.
• Ensure proper F&B setups with Chef and maintain guest amenities.
• Provide feedback to Guest Experience Manager on guest comments.
• Maintain lounge and reception areas clean and presentable.
• Follow hotel security, fire, health and safety policies.
