Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Team Leader for One-Ninety Restaurant. You will lead from the floor, guiding the service team to deliver warm, intuitive, and effortless hospitality while maintaining high standards and professional conduct.

This role offers opportunities to train teammates, enhance guest engagement, and oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Captain or equivalent service role in luxury hospitality.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guest engagement focus.
• Proactive mindset to take ownership and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to ensure attentive, personalised service throughout the dining journey.
• Inspire the service team to uphold standards of quality, warmth and professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful moments beyond expectations.
• Train team members through daily guidance, feedback and on-the-floor coaching.
• Lead by example in service standards, grooming, product knowledge and hospitality.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant and operational readiness.
• Present menus, daily specials, beverages and alternative cuisine to guests.
