Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager for One-Ninety Bar to lead daily bar operations and deliver polished, intuitive guest experiences. You will collaborate with the Beverage Manager to shape the day-to-day operation and mentor the team in service standards, beverage knowledge and cost control.

The role calls for a hands-on leader who can set a positive example, manage schedules, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining the luxury guest experience in a world-class

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury hotel/bar
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, service standards and guest experience
• Good understanding of beverage operations and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure warm, attentive service.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and briefings.
• Maintain service standards, grooming, and product knowledge.
• Build guest relationships and manage feedback and recovery.
• Coordinate with Beverage Manager to uphold operational excellence.
• Understand beverage and food offerings and methods.
• Support scheduling and labour management.
• Monitor inventories, waste, and cost control.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep across bar areas.
• Manage POS, cash handling, and shift reports.
• Communicate effectively using daily logs and meetings.
• Navigate challenging situations with professionalism.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and processes.
