Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Team Leader for One-Ninety Restaurant to lead from the floor and elevate every dining experience with warm, attentive service.

You will guide the service team, uphold standards of quality and professionalism, and train colleagues through daily guidance and coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Captain or equivalent service role, preferably within an all-day dining restaurant in a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to ensure attentive, personal service throughout the dining journey.
• Inspire and guide the service team to uphold standards of warmth and professionalism.
• Train team members through daily guidance, feedback, briefings and on-the-floor coaching.
• Lead by example in service standards, grooming, product knowledge, communication and professionalism.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant, including table settings and operational readiness.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate matters to management when needed.
