• Knowledge of BMSMA, regulations, and estate management practices.
• Experience in budgeting, maintenance planning, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Well organized, responsible, and discreet handling of sensitive matters.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations of the condominium to keep estate clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Lead the site management team and ensure staff perform duties professionally.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and within delegated authority.
• Organize Council meetings, AGMs, and committee meetings.
• Monitor progress of planned works and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain good relations with residents and enforce estate by-laws.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents at all times.
