Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Condominium Manager to lead a site team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure residents enjoy a well-maintained living environment with strong contractor performance.

You will build trusted relationships with council members and residents, manage service agreements and budgets, ensure compliance with building laws, and respond swiftly to feedback to uphold service excellence.

Formación

• At least 5 years of condominium management experience, ideally with exposure to TOP projects.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship skills.
• Meticulous about ensuring operations meet regulatory standards.
• Strong critical thinking and fast decision-making abilities.
• Focused on delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Take charge of the site team and set high service standards.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance for a well‑maintained estate.
• Build strong relationships with council members, residents, and contractors.
• Oversee renewal and management of service agreements and insurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with building laws and regulations.
• Address feedback and complaints promptly and constructively.
• Organize and attend council meetings and AGMs.
• Manage financial transactions and develop annual budgets.
