Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Conference Services Manager who will lead the end-to-end planning of corporate events and luxury celebrations. You will partner with clients and hotel departments to turn concepts into flawless experiences, ensuring precision and personalised service from start to finish.

You will run planning meetings, prepare BEOs, coordinate with Catering, F&B, Engineering and Housekeeping, and be on-site during events to oversee delivery, anticipate needs, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Events, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Conference Services, Catering, Banquets, Events or luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event planning, conference operations and the end-to-end guest journey.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and coordinate across departments.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Team player who enjoys bringing people together and creating alignment across functions.
• Passion for creating seamless, personalised and memorable experiences for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end conference servicing journey, from planning through execution and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand objectives and expectations for personalised events.
• Conduct planning meetings, site inspections and pre-event discussions to ensure understanding and coordination.
• Prepare and manage BEOs and ensure information is accurate and communicated to teams.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping and Front Office for seamless delivery.
• Lead event briefings and communicate key requirements and VIP details to stakeholders.
• Be present during events to anticipate needs, resolve challenges and ensure a flawless experience.
• Identify gaps proactively and implement solutions for improvement.
• Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and opportunities for enhancement.
