Four Seasons Hotel Singapore invites applications for a Housekeeping Team Leader. You will lead the housekeeping leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through impeccable room standards and strong guidance.

This hands-on role suits someone ready to grow in luxury hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, coach attendants, manage guest requests, and coordinate with Front Office to ensure VIPs and arrivals are prioritized.

Qualifications

• 2 years in luxury brand hospitality is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and guest-focused approach required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations to maintain top-tier room cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office to manage arrivals, VIPs, and special requests.
• Inspect rooms (vacant and occupied) for quality, comfort, and detail.
• Supervise and coach Room Attendants and House Attendants for service excellence.
• Conduct daily briefings and on-the-job training.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly with thoughtful service recovery.
• Monitor room statuses, maintenance follow-ups, and arrival amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, pantries, and linen closets.
• Support inventory control, cost management and resource planning.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
