Job summary

Piaget is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive in Singapore to support the Commercial department. You will assist in sales reporting, dashboards, boutique commission work, inventory analyses, and CRM gift coordination while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of data for review decks.

You will also manage back-office support, vendor payments, and boutique maintenance logistics, contributing to regional projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales reporting and data-driven reviews.
• Ability to manage dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Strong coordination between boutiques, VM and CRM gifts.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Reporting & Retail Analytics: support sales reports, estimates and decks.
• Boutique Commission Preparation: calculate payouts and HR/Payroll submission.
• Dashboard & System Management: maintain commercial dashboards and KPI tools.
• Inventory & Stock Coordination: track stock levels and flag opportunities.
• VM Collaterals and CRM Gifts Management: manage orders and prevent over-ordering.
• Back-Office Boutique Support: administrative logistics and procurement.
• Vendor & Payment Management: coordinate with vendors and process invoices.
• Boutique Maintenance Coordination: manage renovation logistics and tracking.
• Ad-hoc Support & Projects: analytical support for boutique projects.
