Job summary

Cartier Singapore seeks an experienced Commercial Performance Analyst to drive KPIs across Singapore, ASEAN, and Malaysia. You will lead dashboards, automation of sales reports, and prepare executive presentations in close collaboration with the Commercial Director.

In this role, you will develop performance tools, consolidate forecasts with Finance, and coordinate cross-market performance reviews to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of luxury commercial or retail experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with multicultural environments and diverse stakeholders.
• Expert in PowerPoint and Excel; proficient with reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence.
• Self-starter with curiosity and flexible mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and report across commercial, client, and product domains.
• Lead digitalization and automation of sales reports for exec committees.
• Develop dashboards and governance routines for decision making.
• Prepare insightful executive presentations and recommendations.
• Analyze initiative results and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the Commercial Director and embed robust commercial practices.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting across subsidiaries with Finance.
• Coordinate reviews and action plans across markets.
• Interface with Regional Commercial Performance for KPI alignment.
