Job summary

Piaget is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive in Singapore to support the Commercial department in line with the Maison’s strategic plan. You will assist with sales reports, boutique commission processes, dashboards, inventory coordination, and CRM gift management across boutiques.

The role also covers back-office support, vendor payments, and involvement in boutique renovation projects and ad-hoc strategic tasks for the Commercial Director and Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Commercial Reporting: assist in preparing and distributing sales reports, estimates, and decks.
• Boutique commission: coordinate monthly payouts, verify targets with Boutique Managers, and prepare files for HR/Payroll submission.
• Dashboard & system management: maintain commercial dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Inventory & stock coordination: track stock and flag opportunities to optimize availability.
• VM collaterals & CRM gifts: manage orders, prevent over-ordering, and liaise with suppliers.
• Back-office boutique support: coordinate administrative logistics (uniforms, packaging, stationery).
• Vendor & payment management: follow up with vendors and process invoices.
• Boutique maintenance coordination: coordinate logistics for renovations and maintenance.
• Commercial projects support: provide analytics and coordination for boutique projects.

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to support the Commercial department in line with the Maison’s strategic plan. This candidate will be required to support on various sales reports, projects and administrative matters.

Commercial Reporting & Retail Analytics (50%)

• Sales & Commercial Reporting: support the preparation and timely distribution of all sales reports, estimates, and business review decks.
• Boutique Commission Preparation: manages the end-to-end preparation and coordination of monthly boutique commission and incentive calculations. Extracts sales performance data, calculates individual and boutique payouts against set schemes, coordinates with Boutique Managers to verify individual targets, and prepares finalized files for the Commercial Director’s approval and subsequent HR/Payroll submission.
• Dashboard & System Management: leads the data maintenance and updates for key commercial dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Inventory & Stock Coordination: facilitates stock takes, inventory tracking, and analyses stock levels to flag opportunities and optimize commercial product availability.

Operations, VM, CRM & Logistics Coordination (40%)

• VM Collaterals and CRM Gifts Management: owns the end-to-end ordering process for both Visual Merchandising (VM) collaterals and CRM Gifts (corporate and festive gifts). Responsible for collating orders from boutiques, conducting rigorous "sense checks" on requested quantities to prevent over-ordering, and processing orders with suppliers.
• Back-Office Boutique Support: coordinates administrative logistics for boutiques, including uniform arrangements, packaging orders, and stationery procurement.
• Vendor & Payment Management: coordinates with external vendors, manages payment follow-ups, and processes invoices for the retail network.
• Boutique Maintenance Coordination: acts as the primary point of contact for boutique maintenance, renovation project logistics, and administrative tracking.

Commercial Projects & Ad-hoc Support (10%)

• Operations Project Support: provides analytical and coordination support for larger boutique projects (such as renovation rollouts or regional market visits).
• Ad-hoc Support: delivers rapid-turnaround analysis and administrative tasks as requested by the Commercial Director and Managing Director.
