Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to support the Commercial department in line with the Maison's strategic plan. The role covers reporting, analytics, and administrative matters across sales, inventory and boutique operations.

You will manage boutique commission prep, dashboards maintenance, stock coordination, VM collateral and CRM gifts, vendor payments, and back-office support, contributing to project work and ad-hoc analyses for the Commercial

Responsibilities

• Support sales reporting, estimates, and business review decks.
• Manage end-to-end boutique commission preparation and HR/Payroll coordination.
• Maintain commercial dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Coordinate inventory, stock levels and opportunities for availability.
• Oversee VM collaterals and CRM gifts orders; perform sense checks.
• Back-office boutique support including uniforms, packaging and stationery.
• Coordinate vendor payments and invoicing for the retail network.
• Act as primary contact for boutique maintenance and renovations.
• Provide analytical support for larger boutique projects and ad-hoc tasks.
