Richemont seeks a dynamic luxury retail professional to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and cultivate long-term client relationships. You will drive sales, master the selling ceremony, and collaborate with boutique teams on events and client engagement.

Qualifications

Develops and maintains relationships with clients to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
Consistently achieves and, when possible, exceeds sales targets while following retail guidelines.
Communicates effectively with clients, colleagues, and management in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop Client Relationship and provide a friendly, knowledgeable service at every touchpoint.
Deliver an exceptional in-store journey and maintain outstanding product knowledge.
Partner with boutique and local management to plan events and client networking.
