In this role you will partner with boutique management to support events, capture client data for follow-up, and strive to exceed sales targets while upholding Maison values

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or service is required.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent product knowledge and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and greet every customer.
• Support boutique events and networking with local management.
• Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
• Strive to exceed sales targets while following retail guidelines.
• Handle negotiations, objections and after-sales support.
• Maintain knowledge of Maison values, collections and history.
• Support daily boutique operations: setup, merchandising, inventories.
