Job summary

Blue Box Café Singapore, created in partnership with Tiffany & Co. and led by Chef Julien Royer, invites a dedicated cook to join our kitchen team. Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes, and assist with prep to support timely service.

You will maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards while assisting with opening or closing duties. We offer structured training, performance incentives, and clear career paths within a luxury hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and food preparation.
• Understanding of restaurant kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work under time pressure and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes.
• Assist with food preparation such as washing, cutting and marinating ingredients.
• Ensure food is cooked and served on time, especially during peak hours.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and work area clean and hygienic.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Check and store ingredients properly, and inform the supervisor when stock is running low.
• Help with opening or closing duties when needed.
