As a member of the kitchen team, you will prepare and cook dishes to the menu, assist with prep, and ensure quality and timeliness during peak hours. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes
• Assist with food preparation such as washing, cutting and marinating ingredients
• Ensure food is cooked and served on time, especially during peak hours
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and work area clean and hygienic
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Check and store ingredients properly, and inform the supervisor when stock is running low
• Help with opening or closing duties when needed
