• Tertiary qualification with managerial experience in luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Profit and Loss management for the boutique; develop sales plans.
• Oversee buying, inventory, merchandising and cost controls.
• Lead merchandising and staff training to uphold Hermes standards.
• Drive exceptional customer service and brand experience.
• Mentor Store Managers; implement workforce planning and succession.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Merchandising and Communications.
