Job summary

Hermès Singapore (Retail) PTE LTD is seeking a Store Operations Lead to manage back-office customer service, oversee orders, reservations, and aftersales processes across the store network.

You will partner with sales, supervise till operations, control cash, coordinate staff rotas, training, and compliance with Hermès standards, while driving efficiency and service quality in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of working experience.
• Significant previous management experience in administrative / operations.
• Retail environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Very organized and reliable; autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back office customer service management and follow-up.
• Partner with sales to optimize service-related processes.
• Monitor service KPIs and improve efficiency.
• Manage till operations, opening/closing controls and cash handling.
• Coordinate staff rotas and store administrative tasks.
• Lead training for new team members on procedures and tools.
• Enforce internal controls and compliance.
• Ensure accurate stock and maintenance coordination.
