Job summary

Hermès International S.A. in Singapore seeks a Store Manager to lead the boutique, develop selling strategy, manage budgets and inventory.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Communications, and Finance to ensure stock replenishment and brand standards, while building staff capabilities and maintaining the store environment. We require a senior leader with strong English, 10+ years in luxury retail, and a proven ability to mentor the team and oversee operations and customer service

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of relevant management experience in luxury/fashion retail.
Strong business acumen with budgeting and inventory planning skills.
Proven ability to lead a sales team and develop staff capabilities.
Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and drive boutique sales growth, budgeting and expense tracking.
Develop selling strategy based on market trends and inventory control.
Monitor and ensure profitability within budget and brand standards.
Lead buying, merchandising, and stock replenishment in collaboration with departments.
Train the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
