Job summary

Hermès Singapore (Retail) PTE LTD seeks an experienced retail leader for the boutique to drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold Hermès standards of service. You will oversee buying, merchandising, training, and team development while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and vendors.

The role requires at least 10 years in luxury fashion or similar management, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher education with leadership experience in luxury retail.
Strong business sense and ability to drive sales, budget and profitability.
Excellent command of English; able to train and mentor staff.
Proven ability to manage inventories, merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities

Plan boutique sales development and annual budget.
Support Sales Floor Manager in selling strategy and inventory control.
Implement buying strategy aligned with boutique needs.
Develop long-term inventory strategies and coordinate with Merchandising, Finance, and Communications.
Ensure shop displays meet company standards and provide training to sales team.
Deliver excellent customer service per Hermès standards and resolve conflicts.
Lead Sales Floor Manager and Assistant Store Managers, drive staff development and succession planning.
Oversee sales administration, ensuring compliant processes and efficient operations.
Coordinate communications strategies with the Communications Team and act as brand ambassador.
Oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships within budget.
