Job summary

Royal Plaza in Singapore invites you to join our Front Office team, where you will work across reception, concierge and the executive lounge to welcome guests and manage arrivals and departures with warmth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences, handle feedback professionally, and learn across rooms division while gaining exposure to F&B operations and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in handling guest feedback and managing difficult situations.
• Flexibility to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Work across reception, concierge, and executive lounge.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with arrival/departure efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest feedback with empowerment and accountability.
• Exposure to F&B operations (knowledge of food, wine, clearing plates).
• Manage Executive Lounge breakfast, high tea, and evening cocktail (including alcohol service).
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Gain versatility through learning opportunities in the rooms division.
