Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior / Systems Operations Executive to join the OCC. You will be part of a 24/7 team monitoring the ERP2.0 system, detecting faults, logging cases, and escalating issues per SOPs and business continuity plans.

Responsibilities include supporting system maintenance, testing new systems, post-upgrade checks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in IT-related disciplines.
• Interest in an Operations Control Centre environment is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre 24/7.

What the role is

[LTA-DPO] SENIOR / SYSTEMS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

What you will be working on

You will be part of the team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre (OCC).

You will monitor system operations dashboards, detect faults, log in cases, and perform fault escalation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plans with various internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to render support for system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems and post upgrade/maintenance system sanity checks.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology related disciplines.
• Keen interest in an Operations Control Centre environment, relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift; including weekends and public holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
