Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Senior / Systems Operations Executive to join the Operations Control Centre team responsible for 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system. You will monitor dashboards, log faults, and escalate issues in accordance with SOPs and business continuity plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also support system maintenance activities, participate in testing and commissioning of new systems, and perform post-upgrade sanity

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably IT related.
• Keen interest in an OCC environment; relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 operations of the ERP2.0 system from the OCC; log in cases and escalate faults per SOP and BCP with internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide support for system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems, and post-upgrade/system sanity checks.

[What the role is]

[LTA-DPO] SENIOR / SYSTEMS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre (OCC).

You will monitor system operations dashboards, detect faults, log in cases, and perform fault escalation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plans with various internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to render support for system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems and post upgrade/maintenance system sanity checks.

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology related disciplines.
• Keen interest in an Operations Control Centre environment, relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift; including weekends and public holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
