Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is recruiting for a Senior / Systems Operations Executive to join our OCC team, providing 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system. You will monitor dashboards, log faults, escalate issues, and support maintenance or testing activities.

Applicants should have IT-related knowledge, be willing to rotate 12-hour shifts (including weekends/PHs), and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in information technology or related disciplines.
• Interest in an Operations Control Centre environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre (OCC).
• You will monitor system operations dashboards, detect faults, log in cases, and perform fault escalation in accordance with SOPs and Business Continuity Plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will render support for system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems and post upgrade/maintenance system sanity checks.
