Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is recruiting for a Senior / Systems Operations Executive to join our OCC team, providing 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system. You will monitor dashboards, log faults, escalate issues, and support maintenance or testing activities.

Applicants should have IT-related knowledge, be willing to rotate 12-hour shifts (including weekends/PHs), and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in information technology or related disciplines.
• Interest in an Operations Control Centre environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

What the role is:

What you will be working on:

You will be part of the team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre (OCC).

You will monitor system operations dashboards, detect faults, log in cases, and perform fault escalation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plans with various internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to render support for system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems and post upgrade/maintenance system sanity checks.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology related disciplines.
• Keen interest in an Operations Control Centre environment, relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift; including weekends and public holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
