Job summary

Accor Asia Corporate Offices seeks a Manager, Loyalty Experiences MEA APAC to drive loyalty culture and memorable member experiences across the region. You will lead AI-enabled initiatives, curate exclusive experiences, and collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Digital teams to optimize member journeys and recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and turning insights into action.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer-centricity and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of an AI-enabled loyalty culture across 1,000+ hotels; drive learning, training, and engagement for Heartists.
• Curate and deliver exclusive Limitless Experiences connecting members with passions through events and brand partnerships.
• Drive member engagement and loyalty growth by enhancing recognition, optimizing journeys, and collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and Digital teams.
• Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and continuously improve the member experience.
