Accor Group is seeking a Manager, Loyalty Experiences MEA APAC to lead a data-driven loyalty program across more than 1,000 hotels, crafting memorable member interactions and experiential campaigns.

You will collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Digital teams to elevate loyalty recognition, design exclusive experiences, and leverage AI insights to enhance the guest journey. This role sits within a dynamic, multicultural hospitality leader with global growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field with significant loyalty experience.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across markets and teams.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and opportunity identification; passion for AI.
• Excellent communication and customer-centric, innovative approach to tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an AI-enabled loyalty culture across more than 1,000 hotels, empowering Heartists through innovative learning, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Curate and deliver exclusive Limitless Experiences that connect members with their passions through unique events, partnerships, and brand experiences.
• Drive member engagement and loyalty growth by enhancing recognition, optimizing member journeys, and collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and Digital teams.
• Leverage data, customer insights, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, measure performance, and continuously improve the member experience.
