Job summary

Amaris Act Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive AI adoption and digital transformation across APAC. You will build AI communities, deliver workshops and leadership briefings, and identify high-impact internal use cases for LLMs and AI Agents.

You will coordinate regional programs with business teams, Group IT, and external partners, while managing governance, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful deployment of innovative AI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, strategy, information systems, technology, or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in strategy, management, or digital transformation is an advantage.
Experience in enterprise solutions and digital transformation.
Experience defining AI roadmaps and business use cases.
Experience working with CIOs, senior leaders, and IT teams.
Experience across APAC in multi-country or matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

Lead AI adoption and digital transformation projects across APAC.
Build AI communities and deliver workshops, training sessions, and leadership briefings.
Identify business use cases for internal LLMs and AI Agents.
Coordinate regional and cross-departmental projects with business teams and IT.
Manage project plans, risks, governance meetings, and stakeholder communication.
Support development, testing, deployment, and adoption of new solutions.
