Job summary

Amaris Act Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive AI adoption and digital transformation across APAC. You will build AI communities, deliver workshops and leadership briefings, and identify high-impact internal use cases for LLMs and AI Agents.

You will coordinate regional programs with business teams, Group IT, and external partners, while managing governance, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful deployment of innovative AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, strategy, information systems, technology, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in strategy, management, or digital transformation is an advantage.
• Experience in enterprise solutions and digital transformation.
• Experience defining AI roadmaps and business use cases.
• Experience working with CIOs, senior leaders, and IT teams.
• Experience across APAC in multi-country or matrix organisations.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead AI adoption and digital transformation projects across APAC.
• Build AI communities and deliver workshops, training sessions, and leadership briefings.
• Identify business use cases for internal LLMs and AI Agents.
• Support projects across Finance, HR, Payroll, Expense Management, Compliance, and other business functions.
• Coordinate regional and cross-departmental projects with business teams, Group IT, and external partners.
• Manage project plans, risks, decisions, governance meetings, and stakeholder communication.
• Support the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of new solutions.
• Promote responsible and practical use of AI across the organisation.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, strategy, information systems, technology, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in strategy, management, or digital transformation is an advantage.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise solutions, digital transformation, AI adoption, innovation consulting, or a related field.
• Experience working across APAC in a multi-country, multi-brand, or matrix organisation.
• Experience defining AI roadmaps and identifying, assessing, and developing business use cases.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with CIOs, senior leaders, business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Strong project management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in consulting, luxury, retail, consumer goods, or a large international group is a plus.
