Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in supporting loyalty programmes.
• Track record of securing and managing an affiliate partnership network.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Positive, proactive, able to drive projects and campaigns.
• Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end marketing activations to drive acquisition, loyalty, engagement and spend.
• Manage rewards catalogue: upload, track, validate, publicity assets and stakeholder coordination.
• Support marketing automation: setup, deployment and monitoring of loyalty campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly tracking reports using predetermined filters.
• Monitor loyalty programme enquiries and act as primary contact for prompt resolution.
• Submit and track purchase orders and invoices.
• Liaise with vendors for system fixes and user troubleshooting.
• Conceptualise with agencies to produce campaign collaterals and media buys.
