Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven professional to manage marketing, loyalty and project initiatives from inception to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams to launch loyalty programs, monitor performance and report progress to stakeholders. A degree in marketing or related fields is required with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing/loyalty/project management.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance/Economics, or related.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track project development from beginning to end, including working with stakeholders to ensure implementation of business requirements and performing user testing of the configured rules in the system.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are executed within timeframe and budget.
• Regular report on project progress, issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Align and implement customer loyalty programs together with customer, marketing and sales teams to drive business goals and outcomes, such as customer acquisition and retention.
• Measure and propose strategies to improve the effectiveness of customer loyalty programs
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the team in administrative and operational duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
