Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Manager for Loyalty Engagement and Proposition to lead the growth of our premium membership programme and loyalty initiatives. You will work with CRM, Partnerships, Digital, Analytics and Platform teams to craft engaging customer experiences and optimise programme performance.

The role focuses on developing compelling loyalty propositions, driving membership growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes across customer journeys and lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in loyalty or customer engagement programs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop loyalty propositions and growth strategies for premium member experiences.
• Collaborate with CRM, Platform, Partnerships, Digital and Operations teams to deliver integrated experiences.
• Analyse customer insights and programme performance to optimise engagement and retention.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and ensure initiatives align with business objectives.
