Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a project-focused professional to manage a loyalty platform migration from initiation through to completion in Singapore.

You will collaborate with customer, marketing and sales teams to ensure business requirements are met, and UAT is conducted effectively. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders to keep the project on time and within budget, while tracking issues, enhancements and program performance to drive improvements in loyalty

Responsibilities

• Manage and track loyalty platform migration project from start to finish, working with stakeholders to implement business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, flagging issues and proposed solutions
• Partner with customer, marketing and sales teams to align and implement loyalty programs that drive acquisition and retention
• Track and follow up on platform issues, requirements and enhancement requests
• Measure program performance and propose strategies to improve loyalty program effectiveness
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues promptly and improve customer experience
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify improvement opportunities
• Support the team with administrative, operational and ad-hoc duties as needed
