Job summary

AAPC SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Lounge Reception Host in Singapore to provide a warm welcome, handle check-in, and ensure smooth lounge hosting.

You will monitor entry, assist with lounge services, respond to guest queries, and liaise with partner airlines while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality and at least two years' experience in airport lounges or hospitality, with MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in airport lounges or hospitality.
• Experience in F&B hosting, order taking and serving.
• Competent in internal systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome as first point of contact for lounge guests.
• Monitor lounge entry according to policy requirements.
• Ensure guest experience is seamless from check-in to lounge hosting.
• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with partner airlines.
• Maintain professional rapport with colleagues and guests.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation.
• Communicate new lounge policies and updates to guests.
