Job summary

AAPC SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-focused individual for our lounge operations in Singapore.

You will provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service, ensure orders are accurate, and support the kitchen in delivering quality meals to guests. The role requires a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality (or equivalent), at least 1 year of related hospitality experience, and a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferably in Hospitality/Hotel/Lounge/F&B operations
• Applicants must possess a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Take orders accurately and maximize sales through product knowledge; repeat orders to guests for accuracy.
• Ensure dockets are clear for kitchen production and delivered promptly to guests; verify items on collection and announce as needed.
• Deliver orders promptly to guests while maintaining temperature and presentation.
• Maintain clean and hygienic service areas and adhere to procedures.
• Be responsible for your designated section and station.
• Other duties as required by the Assistant Lounge Manager or Supervisor.
