Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Manager (3PL) to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure proper storage and housekeeping, and drive efficient logistics aligned with business needs. The role requires Mandarin proficiency to coordinate with Chinese-speaking clients and 2+ years in a related field, with 3PL experience considered advantageous.

The candidate will collaborate with management, sales, and customers, manage inventory reporting, and ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Candidates with 3PL background and forklift license are advantageous.
• Must have at least O Level or equivalent, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to handle queries from Chinese-speaking clients in regards to warehouse activities and logistics matters.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including materials handling, order tracking, and facilities management.
• Handling warehousing and daily operations.
• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standards and guidelines.
• Plan warehouse operations and scheduling.
• Stuffing/unstuffing of goods.
• Ensure logistics support functions align with business demands.
• Collaborate with customers on project implementations and ad-hoc logistics needs.
• Conduct inventory stock taking, prepare reports, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain clear internal and external communications between Management, Sales and customers.
• Establish and align centralized processes to receive and compile data reports from all relevant parties on a schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director.

Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including materials handling, order tracking, operations and facilities management

Handling warehousing and daily operations

Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping

Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines;

Plan warehouse operations

Stuffing/ unstuffing of goods

Ensure that all functions of logistics support are in line with business demands

Responsible for working closely with customers in the implementation of projects and all ad-hoc logistics requirements

Carry out inventory stock taking management, prepare inventory reports and ensure the accuracy of inventory stocks;

Responsible for external and internal communications having ensured alignment between Management, Sales and customer

Establish and align a centralized process to receive and compile data reports from all relevant party on a scheduled basis

Any other assigned duties by Director

Job Requirements:

Candidates with 3PL background and possess a forklift license will be advantage

Candidate must possess at least O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

Required language(s): Mandarin (in order to handle queries and request from Chinese speaking clients in regards with the warehouse activities and logistics matters.)

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, warehouse management

Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/warehouse or equivalent.
