Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the East Singapore region. You will oversee department operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, timely deliveries, and accurate inventory control.

The role includes staff training, KPI reporting, and regular customer meetings to maintain service levels. Candidates should have at least 3 years of 3PL experience, hands-on knowledge of warehouse management systems, and strong communication skills to perform effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a 3PL environment.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems and order processing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations and ensure smooth logistics workflows.
• Manage order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and inventory integrity.
• Train and develop staff to ensure compliance, discipline and quality output.
• Prepare and present KPIs for timely reporting and management review.
• Coordinate meetings with customers.
• Handle day-to-day operational, safety and quality issues.
• Assign tasks and schedule staff.
• Oversee warehouse administration and documentation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff

• Meetings with customers
• Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues
• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
• Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior

Requirements

• 3 years relevant experience in a 3PL environment
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system, warehouse operations and order processing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
