Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, drive productivity and ensure accuracy across receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will coach teams, optimize processes and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• Minimally 5 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 3 years in a people management capacity.
• Experience within a 3PL environment advantageous.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Experience managing warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to drive productivity improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing warehouse KPIs, reporting and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity, service and safety goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock controls, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and refine procedures to boost efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports on operations and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, transport providers and suppliers for smooth logistics.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality standards and regulations.

Job Description

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities

The Successful Applicant

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
• Minimally 5 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 3 years in a people management capacity
• Experience within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and distribution processes
