TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator in Singapore to manage FMCG and export order processing. You will be responsible for communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maintain inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Logistics Management, have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the processing of FMCG orders for both internal and external customers.
• Handle and coordinate export orders for overseas customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch FMCG and export orders in accordance with shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and perform monthly stocktaking activities.
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics Management or any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics operation experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
