Job summary

Jumbo Group Of Restaurants Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support processing and coordinating FMCG items for customers, both locally and overseas. You will liaise with kitchens, freight forwarders, and cross‑dept teams to ensure smooth overseas shipments.

The role requires basic education, exposure to import/export processes, and the ability to lift up to 20 kg. Proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook is needed for daily logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of GCE O’ or A’ level/Diploma.
• Experience in import/export and FMCG documentation/procedures.
• Experience in logistics operations is an advantage.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 20kg as needed.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Processing and co-ordinating FMCG items to external and internal customers.
• Processing and co-ordinating overseas orders for export.
• Liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarder, overseas customers and cross department on overseas orders.
• Packing of overseas and FMCG orders.
• Inventory control and monthly stocktaking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness; administer logistics duties such as schedule, leave, cash cards.
• Assist with logistics daily operations and other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Description

• Processing and co-ordinating of FMCG items to external and internal customers
• Processing and co-ordinating of overseas orders for export
• Liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarder, overseas external customers and cross department on overseas orders
• Packing of overseas and FMCG orders
• Inventory control and monthly stocktaking
• Maintain and manage store cleanliness, tidiness, etc
• Maintain administration duties for the logistics department, e.g. schedule, leave, cash cards
• Assist with logistics daily operations whenever required
• Assist with all other logistics duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma
• Experience in import/export and FMCG documentation and procedures
• Experience in logistics operations will be an advantage
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 20kg as needed
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in chinese to liaise with chinese speaking vendors / suppliers / counterparts
• Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, strong attention to details
