Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional in Singapore to manage and coordinate FMCG order processing for both domestic and international customers.

You will collaborate with the Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and timely dispatch of orders. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating exports, and ensuring clean, organized warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics operation experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate processing of FMCG orders for internal and external customers.
• Handle and coordinate export orders for overseas customers, ensuring timely processing.
• Communicate and collaborate with Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers, and internal departments to facilitate order fulfilment.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch FMCG and export orders in accordance with shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and perform monthly stocktaking.
• Ensure warehouse and storage areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
