Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage and coordinate FMCG orders for both internal and external customers.

You will handle export orders, collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams, and ensure timely and accurate processing. The role requires a diploma in logistics or related field and at least 2 years of logistics operation experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years logistics operation experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate processing of FMCG orders for internal and external customers.
• Handle and coordinate export orders for overseas customers.
• Communicate with Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers and internal departments to facilitate order fulfilment.
• Prepare, pack and dispatch FMCG and export orders per shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records and perform monthly stocktaking.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and well-maintained.
