Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics administrator to support import/export and trade operations. The role involves checking supplier pricing, preparing Letters of Credit, and handling customs-related duties and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a NITEC in related fields, around 2 years of experience, and good communication skills. This 3-month contract offers hands-on exposure in customs, import/export and trade documentation, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics advantageous.
• Candidates with Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate welcome.
• Around 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication and written language skills.
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify supplier pricing, invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare and apply for Letters of Credit (LC).
• Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations.
• Assist with import/export and trade documentation.
• Ensure information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
