Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounts administrator to manage pricing checks, prepare letters of credit, and handle customs declarations.

The role is based at the nearest MRT (Taiseng / Ubi) with a 5-day workweek plus 1 Saturday per month. The ideal candidate will hold a NITEC or accounting/business admin certificate and, ideally, the Customs Competency Test for Declarants. About 2 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferred: Customs Competency Test For Declarants certificate.
• Preferably with 2 years experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Checking of pricing and invoices from suppliers.
• Letter of credit application.
• Custom related function, including custom duty permit declaration.
