Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a short-term Logistics Assistant to start immediately for a 3-month assignment ending in December. You will verify supplier pricing and invoices, and handle LC applications under supervision.

Responsibilities include customs-related tasks, support for import/export documentation, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. The ideal candidate holds a NITEC or equivalent in Supply Chain or Business Administration and has 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in Import/Export, 3PL, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Candidates with Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate welcome.
• Ideally 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and language proficiency.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
• Able to commence work immediately through end December.

Responsibilities

• Check supplier pricing and invoices for accuracy.
• Apply for Letters of Credit (LC).
• Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations.
• Support import/export documentation and processes.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
