HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Permit Declarant Officer for a 3-month contract. You will handle import/export processes, documentation, and permit declarations from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, at our Paya Lebar location.

The role requires NITEC or equivalent with familiarity in supply chain or logistics. Prior 3PL or customs exposure is a plus, with immediate start preferred. Practical experience in trade compliance is valued.

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification.
Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics advantageous.
Candidates with Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificate encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Check and verify supplier pricing and invoices.
Assist with applications for Letters of Credit.
Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty and permit declarations.
Ensure trade and shipping documentation is accurately processed.
Support import/export and logistics administrative activities.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
